1. GENERAL
<sub>- Assistance for setting up tracking may be requested at no additional cost.
- Commission will be kept private until debut if Privacy Fee is availed. If not, social media posts, YouTube videos, of the WIP may be posted.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.</sub>2. PAYMENT
_{- Payment must be settled 100% upfront for Art Model Only and Rigging Only orders, while payment for Model Art + Rigging will be requested to be split: 50% for initial and the remaining settled before starting the Rigging phase.
-I also charge to the total value of the commission the 6% PayPal charges for each transaction that is made to the recipientand and other taxes from my country.
-Refunds will not be honored once I’ve started working on the commission. Please refer to my waitlist to see updates.}3. PROCESS & DELIVERY
<sub>- While I'm working on your commission I will make 3 reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 Month to 2 month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as posible.
- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image, PSD and Live 2D and file ready to load and use in Vtuber studio. Note that there is no physical product.</sub>4. REVISIONS
_{- You are entitled to up to three (3) major revisions during sketching phase. Please make sure to cover all your revisions during this time.
-After the sketch has been approved, only minor changes will be accepted, but can be requested at any time during the Model Art skeching phase. Any revisions big or complex enough to be a major will incur a fee.
-Strictly no Model Art revisions will be entertained once I have started the Rigging phase.
-You will be provided with updates videos throughout the Rigging phase.
Revisions after the final commission file has been submitted will not be entertained. You may however, commission an update to your model instead.
-If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.}5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

I claim the rights to the produced drawing, as author. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Promote me with it everywhere.
Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.}6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
